Full Auto Magnetic Strip Module Mounting Machine

Full Auto Magnetic Strip Module Mounting Machine is the new generation of strip module mounting machine. It can mount the magnetic strip by two ways, mount on PET/PVC roll overlay or sheet overlay under heating and pressing function. Meanwhile it can collect waste material of magnetic strip module, which helps users reduce material cost. When machine mounts the magnetic strip on roll overlay as below picture, whole system will run automatically.

When machine mount the magnetic strip on sheet as below picture, it is feeding sheet by manual.

Features:

1. Controlled by PLC, touched screen and friendly interface.

2. Feeding material by servo motor, running speed and roll sheet length can be controlled.

3. Multi group roller pressing devices, cylinder pressure can be adjusted, ensure the magnetic strip mount on roll overlay is parallel and orderliness.

4. Roll overlay is cut by cylinder driving; its structure is simple and stable.

5. Waste magnetic strip material collected automatically, it is suit for regular magnetic strip and stripped magnetic strip.

6. Used pneumatic shaft material collecting system to make roll overlay feeding and loading easier operating.

7. Heating temperature control method is heated by heating tube; imported heat detector cooperated with module to control temperature. Device design simple and high accuracy(±0.5℃).

8. Each mounting head can be adjusted temperature and pressure.

9. Used automatic tension control system to feed material, ensure roll overlay feeding smooth and stable.

10. Can finish the process of mounting magnetic strip on roll overlay or sheet.
